All items or services purchased from The Hot Springs/ Hot Springs Village Symphony Guild are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. This policy applies but is not limited to
· Membership fees
· Event registrations
· Donations
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
· Registration fees to an event that has been cancelled or rescheduled
· Obvious duplicate transactions (membership dues or donations paid twice in a short period of time)
· Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
