Where fine music is a way of life!
The Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village Symphony Guild is pleased to close its 2026–2027 Classic Concert Series with Ozark Brass, a newly formed Arkansas-based brass quintet founded by Dr. Andrew Stadler, trumpet, a member of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Stadler previously appeared on the Guild’s Classic Concert Series with Duo Nuovo, the ensemble that opened the 2025–2026 season. The Guild is delighted to welcome Dr. Stadler back to the Classic Concert Series and to introduce audiences to his latest chamber music collaboration.
For this season finale, Ozark Brass will present an engaging program of brass chamber music featuring works by Victor Ewald, Cait Nishimura, Michael Praetorius, Florence Price, and Joan Tower. Showcasing the brilliance, warmth, and versatility of the brass family, the concert offers audiences the opportunity to hear an exciting new collaboration led by one of Arkansas’s active performers and educators.
The recital will take place on Sunday, April 11, 2027, at 3:00 p.m. at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines, 275 Asturias Drive, Hot Springs Village. General admission is $10. Tickets may be purchased at symphonyguild.org — your email confirmation serves as your ticket — or at the door. The concert will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a meet-and-greet with the artists.
